With the introduction of the advanced Cat® C9.3 ACERT™ Pon Power has increased its range of user-friendly, low-maintenance engines. The new Cat® C9.3 ACERT™ can be deployed as heavy-duty propulsion engine in marine applications or as power generator set in both commercial and pleasure craft applications.

Pon Power started a non-exclusive cooperation with Schneider to extend our product portfolio with static UPS-systems. These UPS-systems stand in line with the quality and reliabilty of our Cat products. In April we will jointly stand at the IFHE congres. More information will follow soon.
Pon Power’s expertise of Caterpillar technology enables us to accurately forecast the life span of lubricating oil in the Cat 3500 and C280 series based on periodic monitoring of the condition of the oil. Motor oil degradation is a slow process, however, with the aid of a 250 running hours sampling routine we are able to forecast the life span of the oil and issue a notification with S•O•S-interpretation that tells you when your lube oil must be replaced. Under an S•O•S-contract with 250 running hour oil sampling, you automatically enjoy the free benefit of lube oil life span optimization.

As of January1st, 2016, Pon Power supplies a new product line: Cat Propulsion. With this new product line Pon Power has extended its scope, from on-board power and complete propulsion systems to rudder propellers. Thanks to the new product line, which includes rudder propellers, thrusters and operating control systems, Pon Power is now able to offer complete propulsion solutions.

Caterpillar has increased its range of sustainable and reliable propulsion engines for pleasure craft with the introduction of three new engines: the C7.1, C8.7 and C12.9. The new launch has expanded the 300 to 735 kW range with three exceptionally compact engines. Pon Power can order these engines as per direct.

Pon Power is the first supplier of power systems in the Netherlands to launch a 300 HP (221 kW) Cat engine for the fishing industry. The engine is a modified version of the Cat C12 and is suitable for all Euro cutters operating in the European 12-mile zone.
